App not syncing at all

My Fitbit app is not syncing, I am showing no sleep/step tracking

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @JenBernie! It's great to have you here!

 

I suggest you following these troubleshooting steps in order to get it synced again. 

 

  • Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  • Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  • Restart your tracker.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.
