I'm trying to manually log an exercise into the Fitbit app, but I keep getting a "did not sync, try again" message, and the exercise disappears from the log. I've exercises twice this week, and it's not showing in my activity log. I logged out of the app, shut the app down, shut my phone off, and restarted it and the app, but I still get the same message.

Hi @Sheajan0322! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great to see you participating in our Community!
Thanks for reporting this issue, this is an unexpected behavior from the Fitbit App and I appreciate the steps you tried already; seem to be the correct workaround. Please make sure that both phone and Fitbit App are running the latest update. I'd suggest to force quite the App and force sync your tracker before to try again, it might be that is the server. If you get the same message, please send a screenshot so I can further investigate the issue.
You can also log activities in the online Fitbit.com Dashboard, I know that is not ideal, but you can do so in the meantime! About the exercises you did twice this week, did you manually log those too? or Did you tracked them with your Fitbit?
Please keep me posted!
