My Fitbit app is not syncing properly with my Flex 2. The Flex 2 seems to be working fine, and counting my steps, but when I try to view this on the app it won’t work.
Ive tried re-installing the app, turning my phone on and off and reconnecting the device. All of these work, but only temporarily. Before long, it’s back to not syncing.
Any ideas?

Go to your Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and find your tracker, tap the (!) exclamation point and select "Forget this device".
