Hello @Lisalisa78, good to see you around. I wonder if this is happening only with hourly steps, sleep and challenges?
If the issue is more general at the moment to sync, I recommend to follow the steps of this post: Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
Keep in mind that for challenges and hourly step goal, your manually logged activities do not count toward this; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges and/or all challenge participants are not in the same time zone.

I'm not sure if you have tried this, but I recommend to set up your tracker as a new device on your existing account if this issue still persists.
If this doesn't help, please contact Support for further help. Just make sure to let them know about the troubleshooting steps you already took.
