App not working help ?

I'm unable to use the fit bit app on my iPhone for PST three days. At first it kept saying I had no internet when I clicked onto it but I did as I was able to use the internet on my phone. So I decided to delete the app and re install it which I have done several times and turned my phone on and off but every time I put in my log in details the login button just keeps spinning and it never logs me in. So I don't know how I'm supposed get it to work any help ???

Hi @Hevans and welcome to the Community.

Out of curiosity, what type of iOS device are you using and what iOS version is it running (ie iOS 10.2, iOS 8, etc)?

 

Also does this same behavior happen when you connect your iOS device to a different WiFi network or use mobile data?

Lastly, does restarting your phone or force quitting and reopening the Fitbit App help?
