The app was working (sort of) but since the update it has completely crashed. It won't accept my logging food; it won't sync with my Aria Air; and it won't let me log in when I log out, delete it and reinstall.
I also have a Luxe that wasn't properly syncing since I got it a week ago, so I assume that there's a problem with the app that Fitbit are ignoring?
Yeah, I still can't log food - it doesn't bring up the Fitbit list of registered food. I can get my recents and custom, but I have to scroll for them as opposed to just typing. Really annoying as I've bought a new tracker and scales by Fitbit and the app is not cooperating at all.
