To better assist you, may I know if by any chance you're setting up notifications for the first time on your Fitbit device? If so, please note that you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as an option in your Fitbit notification section. For example, tell someone to send you a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
