Best AnswerSame thing happened on mine in iOS after the 2 AM time change this morning.
Hold your breath until tomorrow - While I'm sure Google is aware of this and that it happens for one day during the time change, they aren't going to commit to fix the issue. Ever.
Heres a similar thread from last year: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Hourly-activity-time-changed-after-daylight-sa...
I have the same problem with active hours and also the sleep times have changed and each attempt to update the time it gets worse. My sleep time changed from 11 PM - 8 AM to 5 AM - 1 PM. No sleep last night according to the app.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for sharing these details and the steps tried prior to posting. I understand your thoughts and appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue improving our services.
Usually when the time changes, it's necessary to force a sync to update all your details. Nevertheless, please try the following steps in the given order to see how it goes afterward:
Best AnswerThank you! I will post back here after 24 hours to see if this works.
I've been trying to change my times al day, but it keeps jumping to different times. I too remember this happened to me last year. I signed out, re-set, and many other things. I don't remember how It finally went back to my active hours, bit it did.
The one thing that never was right was the notification (vibration) that I used to receive 10 minutes to the hour to remind me to move... ugh!
1. Yes. I had a Charge 5 until yesterday. I replaced it with a Charge 6. As part of that I checked the app store (iOS) and there was only an option to OPEN, not to UPDATE.
2. Tried this about 10 times today, each time.. (see #3).
3. restarting the Charge 6.
4. Not only have I done that method, but also went into the Fitbit App menu (top left of Today screen), then into the Charge 6 menu and scrolled down where I tapped on the 'Sync Now"
5. The hourly data itself is OK, but the settings for the reminders simply will NOT save the beginning and ending reminder hours as modified. They set to crazy hours like 2 AM to 10 AM, 3 AM to 3PM, but never to the 8AM to 5PM settings that I try to set them to.
Thank you for the suggestions. It would be nice when the next time there is a time change this issue no longer appears 🙂

@4ccccs and @CareyS It's nice to see you here In the forums.
@4ccccs Thanks for trying those steps and please monitor the behavior of the Fitbit app. In regards to the reminders to move, do you mean that your device doesn't vibrate at that time? Or are all vibrations not working correctly? Restarting your Fitbit device should refresh its performance, so please check if you feel a vibration when pressing the button or receiving a reminder.
@CareyS You're welcome, and thanks to you for your efforts. I understand your thoughts on this and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Since the issue is now with the settings, may I know if your other settings (profile, stride length, notifications, etc) are also affected? What is your phone's model?
