I am only interested in monitoring heart rate and after struggling to understand how to get it working, I now have a useful display on my iPhone. 

 

In contrast the Windows 10 app appears to be overcomplicated and of little value..

@WinstonB A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about how to get your heart rate monitored, make sure that the heart rate feature is enabled on your Dashboard. Also, I'd like you to take a look at SteveH's post, which has great tips for you to know how to wear your Charge HR and how your heart rate can be monitored better.
