charge won't connect to device

I'm using an iphone 5c, I've downloaded the app and paired my device with my tracker, however it just says connecting to ttacker with the loading circle but nothing else is happening. I've tried restarting the tracker, and deleted the app and tried to re-pair again but the same ting keeps happening 😞 please help!

@jenk0906 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! So sorry to hear that your Charge is not syncing with your Fitbit app even though you have restarted your tracker and re-installing the app. Seems that you have tried pretty much all the tips recommended for this type of issues. In this case, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get you back on track.
