App on iPhone 6

I set up my blaze using my iPad and successfully connected. I wanted to get the app on my iPhone and connect with the Blaze so I can sync on my phone. When I search for the app it does not find the correct one. What do I have to do to be able to sync to both/either iPad and iPhone?

Thanks. I actually went into the Fitbit Setup on the phone, which worked. Then disconnected from the iPad and connected via Bluetooth. All is well now.
