Hey FYI the new tiled layout looks great but the tiles do not update with data from previous dates when you want to look at historical data. So I wanted to see how much water I drank yesterday but it still shows me today's water level. Once I click the tile it shows me the graph which is correct

The tiles below the the daily fitness stats tile show your most recent information, even if you're looking at your stats for the previous day. In order to see your previous stats, you'll need to click into the individual tiles to see your historical data. For further details you can check out @DerrickS's post in this thread.
