I have had my settings at 10 mins for exercise forever. Now it only counts if over 15 mins. I can’t get rid of ‘Swim’ (I cannot swim therefore it is not needed) and it will not change any of the exercise types by default. I want ‘Treadmill’.
Also floors are not counting accurately, I have been up & down at least 5-6 times today and it shows 1.
I used to use the detailed desktop site but this seems to no longer exist at all. This is all very annoying.

@alc3261 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and feedback.
Please keep in mind that the floors are recorded by your Fitbit device and not the Fitbit app.
Do you see any differences on the floors tracked by the Fitbit and the Fitbit app after synchronizing it?
Do you have more than 1 Fitbit device on the account? If so this could lead to the missing floors.
If you have 1 tracker in use and another paired but left at home, the info from the one left there could overwrite the info from the one in use.
So if you didn't record any steps with the tracker at home the steps in the app could be deleted by them when it syncs with the app.
To the activities, what Fitbit device are you using, so that I can provide you with more accurate info?
But on most Fitbit devices, you can put an exercise (e.g Swim) as ignore so that it is not recognized by the tracker . Keep in mind to sync the Fitbit after the changes in the app were made, so that these are saved in the Fitbit device.

@JuanFitbit I’m believe you misunderstood the OP’s main issue. Fitbit’s SmartTrack default minimum time threshold is 15 minutes, but users could change it to 10 minutes. There was a short time when users could change it to 5 minutes. iOS users can’t go below 15 minutes any more.
All the complaints I read about this are from iOS users.

@LZeeW Thank you for clarifying my mistake.
@alc3261 As our friend LZeeW made me aware, I would like to let you know that the changes in the iOS app were made due to the iOS difficulties. I really appreciate your feedback. And want to apologize for not understanding the issue from the start.

@LZeeW Thank you for your reply ! Please excuse me for my word choice. Guidelines was not the proper description for it.
As you might know the Fitbit iOS app can differ a bit from the Android app. This can cause some difficulties when trying to implement the same features on both systems.
For the iOS app there were some difficulties found when implementing SmartTrack. Details about it, I don't have them at hand. I apologize for the misunderstanding and the word choice .
Still at this moment, the minimum time for iOS users is for 15 minutes.
So this would/could be a great suggestion in our Product Feedback board.

The comment below is exactly correct and I have correctly posted in the iOS app section. I want to smart track exercise but cannot do Treadmill on my app (it just isn’t there). I have a Charge 4 and it is there on my device but I find it rather difficult to get it to Stop the session. I can pause but have even had to take my watch off and fiddle with it to get it to realise my session is over. Stairs are not showing on watch or app. Sync is working fine.

@JuanFitbit You mentioned difficulties implementing SmartTrack on iOS. This makes no sense. I have used SmartTrack since it was introduced. Since Day 1, the default setting was 15 minutes that could be set to 10.
I’m going to be blunt. If Google can’t make this fix - to return things to the way they were, then Google needs better software engineers.
