I can’t find wallet

I am using iPhone SE3 and Charge 6

The location is set to Japan

But i can’t see the wallet

Hi @20251123.  Please scroll down more on your second page.   Your list should be similar to this.  Notifications, Device preferences, Google, Fitbit reminders & alerts, etc.  Look for Wallet in the Google section.

Let me help you with the wallet tile missing in your Fitbit app. Thanks for the screenshots. Thank you @LZeeW for your help.

First of all, as stated in our help article Supported countries for Google Wallet & tap to pay, Japan is listed in the supported countries. However, if there aren't supported banks in Japan, it may be possible that the Wallet won't be available. To ensure this visit Supported payment methods on Fitbit.

If the above is met, then you may need to turn on locations sevices on your mobile device in order to locate the Wallet tile in the Fitbit app. See How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device for instructions.

Finally solved it. I changed the position of my iPhone and the Wallet tile appeared.
