My Charge 2 is synced to my iPhone, I can receive text messages but my app keeps telling me my phone is not connected to Bluetooth.

Hello @JamieGonza, welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around! ![]()
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the message you're receiving in the app so I can check this further. In the meantime, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, go back to the Fitbit app > Account > Charge 2 > Notifications and enable them again.
Thanks for your patience, I'll be waiting for your reply.
