iOS 11 doesn't pair with Charge HR

Hi,

I'm not able to pair my old Charge HR with my iOS 11. I have the fitbit app and follow the instructions on the screen. It asks me to enter the number I see on the device and gets stuck there saying "Connecting to Fitbit". I tried several times but it never goes beyond this point. 😞

I left my phone for 15 mins and it did pair!

But the problem is I don't get calls and texts on my device. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks,

Hello @khdl, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see new members in the Community! Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:

  • Allow Notifications
  • Show on Lock Screen
  • Show in History

if everything seems right, I would like to suggest you to reset Notifications from the Fitbit app following these steps:

- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on your tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.

- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.

- Open the app again and tap on Account > Charge HR > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:

undefined

- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:

undefined

- Tap Pair

- Once you get back to the Charge HR Options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
