App says "No Internet Connection" when there's connection

I started by having the food input issues. Now, the fitbit app says no internet connection and it will not sync because of no internet connection. I have restarted my ipad, and still it says "no internet connection" even though I am clearly on the internet. I realize they are working on the food input problem, but is anyone now have a problem with connection and syncing?

Me! My phone wouldn’t sync all day, and now that it finally did (at almost 11pm), roughly 5k of my steps from today had vanished from my watch and also won’t show up in the app. Now what’s that about?

I appreciate you have reported this situation. If you're seeing this message, please turn off WiFi on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on and try to sync, drag down the screen until the message disappears to force a sync.

@franzizzy, which tracker are you currently using? Have you experienced this situation before? Have you restarted your tracker or watch lately? If not, please restart it and monitor it for the next day. If you experience this situation again, please let me know. In the meantime, please add your steps manually

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
