App showing Incorrect steps for past week

My phone app is not showing the steps for he past week, although my Fitbit is? I've updated the app on the phone and still not working??

Have you experienced this issue before? Which tracker are you currently using? This seems like a very odd situation, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly with the information in our servers. Please go to your online Dashboard and check if the information is correct in here. If it is, let's try a few things to force the information to update in the app:

 

  1. Force-close the app: Double tap the home button on your phone and swipe up the app to force-close it.
  2. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
