Hello @Thomaswhitty, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you aboard. Smiley Happy

It seems very odd that your phone is asking constantly to get paired to Bluetooth. In this particular case I would like to suggest resetting Notifications on your device and app. To do this:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Go to the Bluetooth devices on your phone, check the list of paired devices and if your Alta is listed here, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Alta > Notifications and enable them once again. Once the pop-up appear to pair your tracker via Bluetooth, tap on OK and proceed.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and feel free to reply in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
