Help, my Charge 2 did not reset to the correct time when the time changed last week. How can I reset the time. I don't have an iPhone, but do have this app on my iPad2.

Hello @TrixieLaFleur, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! ![]()
Fitbit trackers do not have an internal clock, they rely on the information provided by the device to where they're connected, meaning that your Charge 2 will sync the time of the device you're using to sync. Currently, the iPad 2 is not a compatible device so you may want to use another mobile device or a computer with native Bluetooth to sync your tracker. Once it syncs, it will display the correct time.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted! ![]()
