I have tried in vain to update the Blaze on iOS app and it starts but 1/2 way through its stops.  It also wont read my steps and data off the Blaze.  I have turned off the Bluetooth and then turn back on.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for any suggestions

Hello @GTJeff2014, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If your Blaze is not updating, please restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, plug it in and make sure it's charging. After that, open the Fitbit app and start the update once again.

I that doesn't seem to do the trick, please set up your Blaze as a new device, this will reset the connection between your tracker and your phone and force the update on your tracker. Don't worry, this won't remove any of the information stored in your account to far.

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
