Over the last 2 weeks, my app won't stay open on my iPhone. I open the FitBit app and after trying to update my steps it shuts down.  How can I solve this issue?

I'd like to ask some questions to better determine what could be happening:

  • What iOS version are you using? (e.g. 10.0)
  • Do you get any sort of error message whenever this happens?
