App not updating with stats. Sync is automatically happening continually but nothing updating in any of the daily stats. Tried re setting Alta by pressing button 3 times as instructed. Also checked settings, correct updated version,connection to I pad and Bluetooth. Any ideas please?!

Hi @Mgv8. Sorry to hear you are having problems. Please try this:
- In the Fitbit app, remove your Alta. Then go into the Bluetooth settings on your iPad and "forget" the Alta if it is listed.
- Next, delete the app.
- At this point, reset your Alta 3 times
- Finally, go into a room with NO OTHER Bluetooth devices. Reinstall the Fitbit app and connect your Alta.
Please let us know if this does the trick for you.
