App stopped working after forgetting Inspire 3 on Bluetooth

Hi. My new Inspire 3 worked fine until I realised that my goal 5 km distance was achieved but the circle wasn’t closed and showed the goal as 8 km. I tried removing the app, restarting Fitbit, restarting my phone, nothing worked. I forgot the device on my iPhone in hope I can re-pair it and sort it out but after installing Fitbit app again, it shows “something went wrong” message and I can’t even open the app using my Google email therefore I can’t pair it at all. Inspire 3 doesn’t show in my Bluetooth devices anymore and I feel hopeless at this point… Anyone know how to sort that out?

Also, I’ve tried installing the app on a different phone and it let me use different email to create a new profile (which I don’t want after all the data I gathered on my account). My email couldn’t be used on a different phone as well. It says “something went wrong” and I don’t have an access to the app anymore. I forgot to add that after uninstalling the app and restarting Fitbit, it stopped syncing so that was my main reason to try re-pair it second time.

Nevermind. I’ve found an answer on a different forum to reset network settings and I got the app back. But the distance goal is still at 8 km…
