App struggling to sync.

I'm sorry if this question is overused but I'm not usually a poster!

I have noticed in the past month that my hours tracker AND active minutes tracker have both stopped working. I can do 16k steps between 9:00-18:00 (the step hours) and only manage to do 250 steps in one of those hours which really doesn't make sense.

I had already noted that walking to work can clock me at least 15-20 active minutes and that has since stopped too.

Neither tracker has been fully functioning since August 4th. I have checked the 'resolved' thread for this issue but it doesn't resolve my problem. 😕

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello @MB2314 welcome to the Fitbit Community! I would like to ask some questions to better understand your issue. Are you using a Fitbit tracker or recording your activity using MobileRun? If you are using a tracker please let me know the model so I can further assist you. If you are using MobileRun can you please let me know if the app is on the latest version?
