App stuck after update.

App (on iPhone 5S) is stuck on "Hang tight, we're cleaning things up for you."   It has been doing this for over half an hour.  What can I do?

Hello @GeriY, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If the Fitbit app got stuck after updating it and it's still showing you the "Hang tight, we're cleaning things up for you." message, please force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app, then restart your phone and try to open the Fitbit app again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink

Thanks for your reply.  I don't know what fixed it, but the next day it loaded immediately when I tried.

Same problem here. Tried restarting the app but it still is stuck on “Hang tight”.

Having many problems with your app. My iPad mini won’t even find my new Versa. Now my iPhone is also screwed. Thanks for all the frustrations!! Grrr.

Had to remove and reinstall the app to get it working on iPhone. iPad app is still unusable.
