Can’t join new challenges after update

I have all the latest updates in place and now can’t join new challenges I’ve been invited to. Just wanted to make Fitbit aware there is an issue. Thank you.

Thanks for the heads up, and I'm sorry that you're having this issue with the challenges. Let's work on this together. To further investigate please let me know the error message displayed when trying to join a new challenge. Also, do you have the old dashboard with 5 icons at the bottom or the new dashboard with 3 icons?

 

If you've not done so, try to log out, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in and start a new challenge.

So I’m currently in 6 Challenges. It says I’m at the max limit at the bottom of the challenge pages. We have always been able to be in 10. Have they reduced that to 6?

I have been unable to join new challenges since updating to version 3.4. I’m running iOS 13 beta 7, with no problems whatsoever. I have forced app down, rebooted, logged back in, & still nothing. I’m not currently in any active challenges, so being maxed out is not a possibility.
