I recently purchased a Charge 4 and on the app when you go into something for the first time it shows you a little information guide on what the feature does. When I go to into see zone minutes from the today screen it takes me through the information about the feature, but then when it says to set a goal for zone minutes, the “LOOKS GOOD” button is dark and you cannot go any further and set the goal or exit out of it. You have to completely close the app out to get back to the main page. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem the past few days. Then today I accidentally swiped the screen up and it activated the LOOKS GOOD button.

Thanks @Mel2159 !! I've been banging my head on this since I installed the app. Had tried swiping up all directions but apparently not hard/fast enough going up.
FWIW this is an iPhone 6S + latest version of iOS + lastest version of app + Fitbit Premium. I have to say, I am a new FitBit user and really surprised by how buggy the apps are for something so widely-used.

Hi,
I had the same issue on my iPhone XS and iPad Pro. In the end I was able to swipe up on the phone and then the button turned blue and was clickable.
I have been a Fitbit user for many years now and sad to say that rushed, not properly-tested software is a recurring feature. Clearly there was no proper QA before rollout on this feature as usual.
