Initially I downloaded the app to synchronize my husbands flex. The profile was created with his email and info. Then I got the charge hr and deleted the app and reinstalled and created a new profile with my email and info. But after a short time the profile changes back to his info on the app. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times.

This is indeed a very odd situation. Once logged in to a Fitbit profile in the app, it should stay logged in instead of switching. Nevertheless, I would like to suggest you to logout from the app, restart your phone and log back in with your credentials. This should prevent the app from switching out.
