Whenever I try to update the tracker, it continues to blink off and revert back to the pink button saying "update tracker". It has the wrong time as well. Randomly. What should I do? Ive restarted my phone...im charging the tracker.

In this particular situation my suggestion would be restarting your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.

After restarting it:

  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if Blaze is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  • Restart your phone
  • Open the Fitbit app and try to update once again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
