App unable to log foods.

I have read the threads on food logging issues and my app is updated to version 2.76 but I am still having issues with my food log disappearing. I have the iPhone 6 and up to date software iOS 11.4.1 and my Fitbit is the Charge 2.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, have you restarted your phone lately? If so, I would like to suggest you to force-quit the app if a new food log disappears, then open the app and try to log it again. Additionally, some users have reported that the issue was resolved only after they uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I would like to suggest you to try that but please make sure to sync your tracker before, this is just a cautionary measure to avoid losing any data from your day so far.
