After upgraded to latest version, app cannot detect/searching my flex (with the full charged).
Tried the following solution:
Delete app, reinstall app, remove flex, add new flex
But still unsuccessful to detect.
Please help

@DevilsX It's great to see you in the Community! Not sure why your Flex is not being recognized by your phone even though you have troubleshooted this issue before contacting us. However, I'm confident that restarting your Flex might the your tracked synced with your Dashboard again. After restarting your Fitbit , try setting it up as a new device.
Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around!

@JuanJoFitbit, i successful to pair my flex, but found the weird thing- it show battery empty even though my flex has full charged. My step alwasys show 0 in the app, just calories value increase instead.

@DevilsX What's important to note is that the battery level displayed in the Fitbit App is the battery level from the last time you synced your tracker, not the current battery level.
Force syncing your tracker should update the battery level to its current level.
Hope this helps!
