App was not logging my meals.

I had multiple problems with my charge t2 and its interface. I emailed and called multiple times . Was not like logging my meal items. Fitbit never got back to me and said they would months ago. Gave up and bought a Garman. It is cheaper and works! Fitbit lost a lifetime customer. I can swim with the garman so maybe I am glad Fitbit messed up! I am sure Garman is-goodbye from life long customer

Great you found what works for you. 

The new fitbits are waterproof to 50 metres if you need a change in the future.

Thank you. I doubt I will consider their devices in the future. I support companies that demonstrate an adequate level of integrity reflected in customer service. They rather obfuscate than respect the person which would require addressing questions respectfully and with a modicum of veracity.
