I have an iPhone 6plus, updated to version 10.2.1 and I am unable to download the app. It shows a circle around a square instead of a "get" button or cloud. When I click it, nothing happens. I have rebooted, logged out and back in several times,  and removed almost everything on my phone to make more room. Help!

Have you made sure that the time and date are correct on your iPhone? If they are wrong they could cause issues with the store.

 

From what you're saying, it seems like the issue is related with the App Store itself. I would contact Apple  directly in this case.
