App won't open

My app on my phone has not worked in about 2 weeks. After several attempts to uninstall and then reinstall, and also the app updating twice in that time frame, I'm not sure what more I can do and why my app won't even open. I've had it for years as well as numerous Fitbit products. Can anyone help?
