my app is showing a significant ammount of less steps than my watch . How can this be fixed

Hi @Will151, welcome to the Community. It's nice to see a new face around.

Usually when the Fitbit app doesn't show the total amount of steps, it's because your device hasn't synced correctly. To help you out, I'd recommend to try the following steps.

  • Verify that both, your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app are updated to the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  • Tap on your Fitbit device image and then on "Sync now".

If the issue persists after completing a sync, please let me know your iPhone's model and your Fitbit device model. Also, if possible, please take a screenshot and share it in your reply by following the steps from this post.
