App won’t sync over data connection

Had this problem for a little while now, my Fitbit app won’t sync over a 4g data connection, only over WiFi at home ?

 

Very frustrating!

 

i have a Charge 2 and in the latest iOS app version 3.25.1

 

Ive un-paired and then re-paired my Fitbit but no joy

 

any ideas ?

In the iOS settings app, scroll down to the "apps section". It is not annotated as such, but is the last section.

 

Find "FitBit" and tap it.

 

At the bottom of the FitBit screen is "Cellular Data" enabled? If not, enable it and see if that does it for you.

Thanks, I checked but mobile data is already enabled for the app
