Dear Fitbit Team,
In the Fitbit app, there is an option to connect Fitbit to Apple Health to import step data. However, why are steps recorded by the Apple Watch not syncing to Fitbit during synchronization? These steps are available in the Apple Health app but do not appear in the Fitbit app.
Here is the scenario:
1. I take steps with my iPhone in my pocket.
2. The steps sync to the Apple Health app.
3. When I manually open the Fitbit app, the steps from Apple Health sync correctly and show the same count in Fitbit.
This scenario works perfectly.

Now, the scenario using only the Apple Watch:
1. I take steps using only the Apple Watch (without the iPhone in my pocket).
2. The steps sync to the Apple Health app.
3. When I manually open the Fitbit app, the steps from Apple Health do not sync in the same amount to the Fitbit app.
Fitbit seems to ignore the steps recorded by the Apple Watch even though these steps are visible in Apple Health, and step syncing between the apps is enabled.
Could you please clarify why this happens and if there is a solution?
Thank you!
