Appointment keeps going off

I set reminders on my phone & on my Fitbit it keeps going off. Sometimes 3 per minute. I push the left button, but it keeps going off.

Hi there @pylant5, welcome aboard to our Community. If the reminders keep repeating itself so far, I recommend to restart your tracker, on your profile appear you have a Blaze, so here are the steps in case you need them:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

If the issue persist please set up your tracker as a new device again on your existing account:

 

  1. On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
