Hi there @Kbelle4, welcome aboard to our Community. I'm sorry to hear your daughter steps were not synced. I am curious to know if the step did not sync for the daily total count or was just for the challenge she is in?
If the steps did not sync overall, I recommend the following suggestions to address this issue: Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
If it was for the challenge, make sure the steps are not coming from a manual logged activity or from a MobileRun exercise. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
