Hi all!
I can’t seem to find WhatsApp or. Facebook messenger in the list of apps available on apps notification list to receive notifications on my Versa3…
Anyone know how I can get these to be showing?

Thanks for the details provided. Just to confirm, have you received notifications from WhatsApp or Messenger on your iPhone? I'm asking this as the list will update with new apps as long as you've received a notification from them first. If that's the case, but the list isn't updating, let me suggest the following steps:
- Forget your Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
- Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Check if the notifications settings are correct and test your watch one more time.

Hi @LizzyFitbit - yes, I get messages on WhatsApp constantly - everything has been reset as mentioned above and still nothing?
It seems to not be refreshing - it has apps that are no longer on my phone etc?

You're welcome. Thanks to you for confirming that you're receiving those notifications, and trying the steps suggested above. I'm sorry the App list is still not updating and given this situation, please try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app with the following steps:
- Forget your Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
- Select your Versa 3, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once that is done, set up the notifications one more time and let me know how it goes.
