Unable to log into the Fitbit app

I have the same problem! When I go to the App Store it says open and takes right into Fitbit without the app.  Also I tried to register a new device with my email address and it keeps telling me that some already has that email address and it’s me🥺

I've moved your post to this new thread so we can keep the forums organized. I'm sorry this is happening to you and thanks for your efforts while working on this. Just to confirm, what do you mean by taking you right into Fitbit without the app? Are you able to see the Get Started screen? If that's correct, select the Log In option and enter your credentials in order to access your account. After doing that, follow the steps described in this help article to set up a new device.

On the other hand, if you're getting a different screen, please take a screenshot of it and attach it to your reply so I can continue helping you.

Thank you for your reply, I have found the app icon in the App Library and dropped it in my desktop.
