Apps notifications not showing any apps so not receiving notifications for Versa 3

I have tried reinstalling rebooting etc for both app and Versa itself. But not showing any apps on app notifications when trying to select apps to receive notifications for. Have tried receiving notifications from these apps to trigger them showing on menu but still not working. Please advise as have been trying for 2+days. Notifications used to show on android phone for Versa 3. Switched to iPhone and not working now.
