Apss says I have "do not disturb" mode turned on.

recently i have not been getting notifications to my phone because the app says i have do not disturb turned on, i don't use this and made sure it was turned off, resynced, restarted phone and fitbit and it still isnt working

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've already tried in hopes to resolve this situation. Since when have you experienced this issue? Have you updated the Fitbit app and the OS on your phone recently (the last one 11.3 was released on March 29th)? By any chance are you using a beta iOS version (currently 11.4)? Which iPhone model are you using? 

 

Additionally, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of your iPhone settings where the Do Not Disturb mode is turned off? That will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Marco I am having the same issue with my fitbit as well. I am using the Blaze on a Galaxy note 5.

Exactly same happening to me. I get text alerts but no calls - please help if you can? Thanks.

I appreciate you have provided me with the information requested. If you're using an Android device, please note that our team is aware of this situation and is currently working towards a prompt and proper resolution for this situation. In the meantime, please go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and enable the "Set as Priority"/"Do not disturb custom exception"  option. For further information, please refer to this post, from the Android board, where new updates will be added regarding this issue. 

 

If you're using an iOS device, please reply to me on this thread, as this board is specialized on iOS devices.

Same problem here with xiaomi pocophone and none of the solutions are working.
