Can you give us a little more information? I assume you are using the iOS app. Are you getting any error messages? At what point does it fail? What have you tried so far to fix it?

It's weird that your Dashboard is not letting you to log other foods, Since you have done what we recommend, which is restarting your tracker, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get this issue sorted out.
