Can't log foods

Can you give us a little more information? I assume you are using the iOS app. Are you getting any error messages? At what point does it fail? What have you tried so far to fix it?

Hello,

Yesterday I created my account with my new Aria. I was able to add a couple of food yesterday by searching the data base. Today I tried to log my breakfast but I don't know have the option to search the database. I can only choose from frequent, recent or custom. I can also scan with the bar code. However, I want to look in the data base.

I read a couple of other post where they state to log out the app and turn off the iPhone , this did not solve the problem for me.

@Nogarcia A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! It's weird that your Dashboard is not letting you to log other foods, Since you have done what we recommend, which is restarting your tracker, I suggest you to contact our Customer Support team so they can investigate further and get this issue sorted out.
