Aria syncing but weights not appearing in IOS app

I just set up an aria scale. It is syncing (I can see weights on website) but they won't appear in my IOS app. I have version 2.31.

@Marainniss It's great to have you aboard in the Community! Seems odd that your Aria scale weigh ins are not showing on your mobile app. Please try logging out of the app, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, open the app, log in and check out if the Aria readings appear on the app.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend! Smiley Happy

I’m having a similar issue but the weight does show up but it shows up like 10 or more minutes later in the weight section. I would expect the app to sync more frequent with my Aria 2 scale or at least have the option within the weight section to sync with my scale to add a new weight entry (not a manual entry). But it should it almost appear immediately after I step off the scale. I mean the scale knows who stepped on it, it should know what device(s) are associated with that account.

@tkroll93 Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your weights are not getting synced immediately. Please make sure that your phone has the most recent app version installed. If the app is up to date, please follow the workaround that I shared in my previous post.

Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
