Hi there @Mister747, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community and I would like to know what have you tried so far? Or is it giving you any type of error that doesn't allow to set up your Aria?

Let's start with the basic shall we, as you may know there are two ways to set up your Aria, one with the Web-based which I think is more easy; or with Software Client. But before we go more in depth make sure of the following:

  1. Restart the computer or mobile device that you're going to use to set up your scale.
  2. Make sure you know your Wi-Fi password and that it doesn't exceed 31 characters. For help finding your password, see How do I verify my WiFi password before setting up Aria?
  3. If you are going to try this with a computer make sure to place your scale within 10 feet of your router.
  4. Ensure that your router is compatible with the 802.11b protocol.
  5. If the router is connected to your computer with an Ethernet cable, unplug it. The router and computer must be connected over Wi-Fi.

At last, once we got everything ready, please take a look at this video, It will be more helpful to have a visual instructions instead: How do I set up my Fitbit Aria?

Let me know if you have more questions or if the issue persists.
