Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CarySimpson, hope you're doing great today! Hmmm...very strange, I'd recommend logging out and logging back into your Fitbit app.
Once you've done that, verify that your SmartTrack is enable by doing the following:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Exercise tile. This is the tile that says “Track exercise"
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner. Turn On SmartTrack for the activities you choose.
