Auto calories not working, auto exercise not working

Hi I'm a new user I have set the Fitbit flex 2 to auto recognize my workout, I do BeachBody 21 Day Fix, but it never records a workout. Also if I log a workout it and tell it what times I worked out it doesn't auto the calories. So I try to manually do it which I know is fudging up my actual calories burned. My workouts are 30 min long. Can anyone help me understands how to manually count my calories burned during my workout and how the auto part is supposed to work?

Hello @IvyMaeO, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Auto-recognize activities will start counting after 15 minutes, which you can adjust to a minimum of 10 on the app itself by going to Account > Exercise and adjust each of the activities present. Please remember that if your activity is not listed, it will take the tracker 15 to auto-recognize a "Workout", and the activity you've performed will be displayed as "Workout".

Now, in case your tracker is not auto-recognizing activities, please restart your Flex 2 and try using your tracker on a different arm.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
