Why can't the activity/exercise tile calculate a distance when it has auto-detected a walk? It seems like an easy calculation to use the steps counted and the stride length to at least estimate a distance covered.

Hello @cobalde, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.

 

At this moment, activities auto-recognized by SmartTrack do not display distance. I understand how calculating distance for auto-recognized activities can be useful for you and many other people, which is why I would like to suggest you to check @Julia_G's suggested idea to implement this feature in a future update. Please feel free to add your vote and comment to this idea, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard.
